On behalf of the Secretary of State, I ask you to obtain from Mr. Gauleiter Konrad Henlein that Prof. Oberlik be issued a service certificate for his full-time work at the SdP and the NSpAP. Oberlik needs the certificate to be presented at the Dresden Wehrerspräsatz-inspektion, the Secretary of State has no doubts about the issue of the certificate and still believes that the certificate of the factual achievements of Prof. Oberlik can be thought of in an acknowledgable form. The Secretary of State would present the matter to Mr Gauleiter Henlein himself on 16.3.194o, if he were present in Prague on that day, The letter from Prof. Oberlik, in which he asked for - 2 -
