This regulation has been discussed in detail with all the parties involved, in particular Group I 3. The party liaison body and the commander of the security police have expressly agreed to it. The regulation excludes Jews for the future from any further than the statutory pension insurance at the general pension institution. Jewish employees who have already left employment before the decree of the Reichsprotektor of 23 October 1939 entered into force remain insured with the replacement institute, but they are only entitled to half of the additional amount which goes beyond the statutory benefits. This corresponds to their own contribution. The nature of the benefits is not covered by the Regulation.
