The events, report of the commander of the security police to the Secretary of State and the opinion of the Justice Group, I again present. I note the following: The insurance of the Jews at replacement institutions of pension insurance and the claims of dismissed Jewish employees who were insured at such replacement institutions, sid in the regulation of the Reich Protector on the legal status of Jewish employees in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 14 September 1940 (VoBiRProt. 475), this regulation has been discussed in detail with all the parties involved, in particular Group I 3. The party liaison body and the commander of the security police have expressly agreed to it. The regulation excludes the Jews for the future from any further than the statutory pension insurance at the General Pensions Institute. Jewish employees who have already left employment before the decree of the Reich Protector came into force on 23 October 1939 remain insured with the replacement institute, but are only entitled to the additional amount which exceeds the statutory benefits. Ltes corresponds to their own contribution. The nature of the benefits has not been restricted by the Ordinance of 23 October 1939 or by the Decree of 14 September 1940. Jews are then also entitled to the so-called social pension. This pension is also granted by the substitute institutions only at the same level as by the General Pension Institute (Article II § 1 of Law No.117 of 193300Sa). Social pension is payable if you have completed the 56th (for women 54th) year of life and have acquired 120 months of contributions and have been out of compulsory insurance for 12 months.
