Origin and education:_ I was born as son of a high school professor in Aussig on 31 March l9l2. After 4 classes of elementary school I entered the Aussiger State Gymnasium, maturated in June l93o, moved to the German Charles University in Prague, where I received my doctorate on ll. Feber i936. In autumn l937 I passed the official examination. As a student I worked a year at the Histological Institute as a demonstrator, then entered the pathological institute, was first volunteer, then demonstrator and from October l935 assistant, but as such rejected several times by the Czech Ministry aw political reasons and only after 2 years to 14 months retroactively confirmed. Political activity: l193o I joined the German National Socialist Workers' Party, Local Group Aussig, the National Socialist German Student Union, University Group Prague, the Volkssportverband and the German Student Association. In the fall of l93l, I became head of the NSDStB's university group until I was arrested in March 1932. After 6 weeks of detention, I was released against a word of honor, and the trial against me was terminated two years later. Etva 1 year after the dissolution of the national socialist associations I joined the academic body Ramphold Gorenz and was here in the German high school association Fachschaftleiter der Mediziner, - honorary sign of the NsDStB. After September l938 I worked as an officer of the Gauärzteförder for assistants and young doctors.
