In her interrogation she stated that she had already received it from an unknown sender in the year l939. Since Č a p e k , to whom this letter had been written, had already died in December 1938, his wife was heard about the present matter, which claimed to know nothing of one of these letters. In spite of the intensive investigation, it has not been possible to investigate the circle of persons who copied and distributed this letter. Likewise, the original of the questionable copy of the letter could not be grasped and kept secure.
