English Translation

The Court of Justice of the Czech Republic, the Court of First Instance of the Republic of Hungary, the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic and the Courtof First Instance in the Czechoslovak Republic are charged with a criminal offence within the meaning of the War Management Ordinance, of slaughtering tax evasion and of unauthorised use of a motor vehicle.
