(e) Land air protection managers: The land air protection officers are the leaders of the land air defence communities, which are composed of the inhabitants of several rural estates. The tasks correspond to those of the leaders of the self-protection areas (cf.II, 1a). (a) Self-Protection Teams: The self-protective teams equipped with small extinguishers intervene, in active cooperation with the self-protection forces of the LS communities, interlocking within their areas where additional assistance is needed. Strength at least 4 men; number of self-guards and strength in detail determines the local LS leader. b) Fire-fighting and salvage team: they correspond to the self-protective teams in adaptation to rural conditions. 3.) Reichsluftschutzbund: The presidents of the RLB, the leaders of RIB groups, Gaubezirks and district groups, local groups, re-four or municipal groups and sub-groups, as well as the officials absolutely necessary for air attacks after the decision of the superior RLB department. III.Holichlicher Luftschutz: The "deputies of the local LS leaders* in the countryside, who defend the tasks of local air protection managers in towns or villages.
