In the case of establishments without night shift or with limited night shift, on-call duty must be carried out, however, there must be no loss of work. 8. For the implementation of a one-off basic training of 14 days, the employed personnel must be exempted from the obligation to carry out the work in question. The owner of the alarm-flak battery determines with the company's manager which workers are certified per training course. For each training course no more than 3 % of the German workforce are to be taken into account. The continuing training of the Flakwehrminners is to be investigated exclusively during on-call time or during other periods of absence of work, so that this training does not restrict working time. In close cooperation with the Air Force, the operational leaders must overcome the ever-present difficulties and be bridged by the good will of all the local services and authorities involved, so that both active air defence in dea is ensured and production is prevented.
