H. Frank Prague, 3 October. Since the leader has reinstated our country in accordance with its historical destiny, it has been repeatedly established that Bohemia and Moravia can never exist without the kingdom, but the kingdom will never give up Bohemia and the Moravian Empire. Bismarck once called Bohemia the citadel of Europe, and since the Middle Ages, the political consciousness of Europeans has included the realization that the fate of Bohemia and Moravia is decisive for the fates of the empire and Europe. On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the reunification of the countries of Bohemia and Moravia with the Empire, Hacha stated that the first five years of the Protectorate, because they were almost entirely under the sign of the German struggle for fate, meant a historical test of the new state-law conditions in Bohemia and Mähren, which is more evident than the experiences of decades in the symbol of peace. These statements are the basis of any Reich policy. They will also be a guideline for the German leadership in Bohemia and Moravia and especially in the coming weeks and months. Anyone who doubts this would very soon be taught that what was once pronounced as a principle, if necessary, would be defended in the toughest fight. Bohemia and Moravia is the empire and not occupied territory, is the heartland of the empire. This space cannot be compared to the vast spaces in the east or west, which are abandoned by the German Wehrmacht — once run away from the enemy — today, in order to concentrate the utmost fighting power for the last decision before the borders of the kingdom. The fate of Bohemia and Moravia is inseparably linked to the fate of the Empire. This may be said above all of those Czechs who are now "sweeping air of liberation" and the time for coming to sabotage and play Maffia. The German leadership in Bohemia and Moravia has proved in the past years of the public that it does not hesitate to suffocate every attempt of resistance in the bud. It is more determined today than ever! The Czech people, in their superior majority, appreciate the peace and order that has remained with them in more than five years of this great war, thanks to the foresight of its President. It will not be reckless to exchange the peace of its homeland with a bloody and hopeless struggle. Moreover, in recent months it has seen clearly how political and economic chaos has occurred with the hostile armies everywhere in place of the order guaranteed by the Empire. It has seen in the example of Warsaw how the interests of a small people of England are left unscrupulously in the lurch and even deliberately put at risk by the Soviets. It sees the fate of Romania, Bulgaria and Finland, which threatens a people who are committed to the Bolshes.
