Copy. 39 Translation. Prague, September 22, 1943. Minister, following your high order, I would like to add the following details to my request from September 1st, 1943. My son, L. Velenský, pupil of the Second Class of the Higher Business School in Smichow, Machinery Department, born 29. May 1926, was asked by convocation card to register on 27 August d.d. at the branch of the "technical emergency aid" in Prague, Strahow and immediately began the training hours. He took further training hours on 3l August and 3 September d.J.. On that day he received the order that he should take part on Monday, 6 May 1926. On the same table, dressed as an ac- tually, the boys take a transport to Berlin, Charlottenburg. They are accommodated in a school that was affected by a flight robbery and provide clearing services. In the ruins and in the first row, they hide human corpses from the debris. According to the original notice, they were to go to Nuremberg, where they were placed in camps 25 - 30 km away and brought to work from there. The further promise concerned a replacement after four weeks of service, so that they could also alternately continue their studies. According to consistent information, they work hard to l4 hours a day with insufficient food, from which time the hours they spend in the air protection room in the case of air alarm. Together with mehem son there are still other boys under the age of 18. For this reason, Minister, I allowed myself to refer to the relevant government regulation. In addition, I was given the guarantee given by the General Officer of the Board of Trustees Dr. Teuner in the Lucerna that the young people under the age of 18 would not be called to the Reich.
