3.) Minister of State Frank, in his capacity as Higher μý and Police Leader in the Sudetenland Valley, has received the notification that the dam built at Schreckenstein south of Aussig in the Elbe was prepared for the blasting of the valley. The dam is used for the water supply of an electricity plant, but has no barrier character, so that a relatively small water dam is created. Due to the low concrete surface, the dam is not considered as a bridge. It is only usable by two men. Under these circumstances, a total blasting appears to be missing. A partial blasting with low surface interruption would suffice. The total blasting was out of proportion to the repercussions on important armaments companies, which are dependent on the electricity supply to the power station and thus on the presence of the barrier. Minister of State Frank asks for a review of the case. H e il H i t l e r ! gez. G i e s , buIG Ministerialrat. DL Steossn ++O30O ONE (1) DITRICH HUPG +++
