Memorandum on the treatment of the Czech problem and the future design of the Bohemian-Moravian area. Purpose of the memorandum. The Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia was established in a certain political initiative and has received its current legal and political order from this situation (14.3.1939). The question of whether the protectorate is measured with an imperial protector at the head to regulate the Czech problem, is therefore to be maintained or to make room for another construction is raised by various sides and is the reason for this memorandum.
