I hereby send a copy of the statutes of the Kulturverband der Deutschen zur Kenntnis. I intend to appoint Prof. Dr. Aügust Gessner as head of association in agreement with the SD-RF. Prof. Dr. Gessner has been the chairman of the association since 1935 and has proved himself ais soicher, despite various shortcomings that I know, Prof. Gessner is the only expert person, who is in fact in question until the end of the war for the heads of the federation. I would be grateful if you could agree on the necessary agreement according to § 9 of the statutes.
