English Translation
188 - 4 - Final consideration. It is not unusual, but rather a normal phenomenon, that young states, which have not yet a solid tradition, fall into serious crises. But it is not decisive that they get into a crisis. Only decisive is how they do not deal with it and how they come out of it with various decisions. Slovakia is convinced that the real forces of European culture, which are now called upon to play a decisive role, will prevail, and that they will be able to make their contribution to both Eurppas and Eurppa's well-being.
