Attachments: 1 daily report. After the Supreme Prize Authority in Prague had already led R o s to a price trial, in which he was obliged to make repayments to the department of the Order Police Commander in Prague for unjustified and excessive commissions, criminal investigations were initiated against him. The result of this investigation is contained in the daily report of KPLSt. Prague dated 16.10.1944. R o s i n has understood it since the year I942 by, among other things, the Supreme Prize Authority played out against the commander of the order police and deceived both, without doubt exploiting his relations with persons of the main office order police to abduct the repayments of the too much paid commissions in the amount of about 40 O00.- RM. In his words, correspondence could be ensured which shows that he was known to the following persons who belonged to the departments mentioned in l939/40 beyond the purely business framework from 1939 onwards: 1.) Ministerial Conductor R. S. C h e i d e 1) Chief Office of the Police of Order, 2.) Government Council v. ( ) 3.) Board of Governors Dr. K n y , 4.) Councillor N e y, 5.) Police Councillor K l e i n g e s t, 6.) Councilor F o r s t e r 7.) Captain of the gendarmerie R u d a t at the government in Liegnitz, 8.) Major F r i d i c h at the BdO staff in Prague, 9.) Lieutenant colonel K a t h, head of the administration of the State Hospital of the police in Berlin, 10.) Lt. colonel Paul Otto G e i b e l at the GdO in Prague ll.) police councillor R i e s e n b e r g, police administration Katowice, 12.) Chief colonel M a s s at the Reichsarbeitsführer, Amt TU. It is clear from the guaranteed correspondence and from the interrogations of R os i n that the above-mentioned persons, except for the Major F i d i c h of Ro s i n, either supply laundry, fabrics and other goods or have been mentioned by Ro S i n sources of supply for the purchase of such goods. These procurements may also have resulted in a St. M.iF 2 4 office from the Order Police Commander's office in 1939.
