10 A k t e n o t i z of 2l.3.1941. Subject: Conversation with the deputy head of the so-called 'Czech working front' on the occasion of an interview with the vice head of 'Czech work front'. H a l 1 m a n , he explained to me that he had to make statements showing that today's leadership of the trade unions still cooperates with the old exponents of the former regime. On the occasion of the second anniversary of the establishment of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, the current chairman of the National Community Headquarters, Stočes, had given a speech to trade unionists, in which he also named the names of former trade union officials Dr. Zelenka and Hampl. On the characterization of the chairman Stočes, who today claims to have fundamentally broken with the former regim, he could say - Hallmann - that Stoče's visit to the trade union leaders one day before his speech and before the appearance of his speech to the union organ "National Labour", together with the current general secretary Votický, had been visited by Hampl in his office in Prague II, Dittrichstrasse No.9. Hallman also announced that an agreement between the Hampl and the former Prime Minister Beran would pay an old electoral debt from the former Czech agricultural party of K 2,000,000,- by the trade unions. In this respect, it should be noted that the Legal Division 203 of the Trade Union Centre has a similar process, which is the subject of a private trial in which the trade unions have sued the payment of an exchange debt by former Czech politicians, who have made it in their function as chairpersons of their trade unions. Among other things, former President Beran has appeared as a change-related minister.
