From ............. l943 The Minister's Office for the Defense of the Reich decreed by Law: 1 (1) The decree on the introduction of summer time of 23 January 1 940 (Reichsgesetzbl. I p. 232) concluded on 4 October 1943 at 3 o'clock in the morning. At this point in time, the public clocks are set back at one hour, i.e. from 3 o'clock to 2 o' clocks. (2) The first hour, which appears twice on October 4, 1943, from 2 o`clock to 3 o` clocks in the morning, is referred to as 2 A, 2 All Minute etc. to 2 A 59 minutes, the second as 2 B, 2 B 1 minute etc. until 2 B 59 minutes. § 2 On 3, April 1944 in the morning 2 o'clock the time calculation according to § 1 of the decree on the introduction of summer time from 23 January 1 940 (Reichsgesetzbl.
