English Translation
94 The Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia. No. z/803/39. To a) the Lords Head of Division I and II, b) all groups. eth The Lord Reich Minister of the Interior has determined that in future only the field-grey civil servant uniform is to be obtained from the officials of the Protectorate. the right to wear the civil servant's uniform, he or she is about to take a decision. I am already aware that the officials up to the head of the group are granted the right of wearing the civil service uniform. However, the condition is that e the official will be working in the protectorate for a longer period of time. In general, however, it must be assumed that the official is transferred to the Protectorate. For the purchase of the field-grey official uniform an allowance is granted up to 7oo,- (instead of 75o,- in the blue one); for the field grey official uniform the strip pants are omitted. The officials, who have already obtained from civil servant uniform, receive subsidies. However, I do not think that the matter has been dealt with by officials in the Protectorate.
