Process: There.Erl.v.25.1.1945-I-0885. As German executives, the following persons are provided for in the event that the political situation requires: 1.) For F r a n k s t a d t /pol. district Friedeck/: the former deputy of the chairman of the administrative commission Frankstadt, Josef K o b l o w s k y. K. is at the same time local group leader of the NSDAP Frankstadt and has a good knowledge of places and persons. For a longer business run, however, his knowledge in the areas of the municipal administration should not be sufficient without the support of a specialist. 2.) For O t r a w i t z /pol.Bezirk Friedeck/: the government commissioner of the municipality Althammer, Franz B o ž o n. B. is a party comrade and has proven itself as a government commissioner in the municipality of Althammer since 15.3.l939, has the necessary local, personal and professional knowledge and is also sufficiently energetic and initiative to be able, if necessary, to carry the increase of his task circle. 3.) For G a y a: the current German vice mayor Pranz L ar igc h. Gegen L. Although there are some concerns as he was an organised Czech Social Democrat before 1938 and also belonged to the DTJ /Dělnické tělocvičná jednota/. However, he is the only one who would be eligible for the given case and also has greater experience in the municipal administration, since he has been working as mayor since 26.3.19942. For Wall.M e s e r t s c h: Head of Government Inspector L e c h n e r L. must be put into practice because another suitable personality is not present. He has energy and is very capable of organization. He knows how to deal with the Czech population in an exemplary way, so that he would be ideally suited to this position even in difficult circumstances. However, L. is at the request of OLR.Dr.Jonak at the time after Moravia Ostrau to the office of the Oberlandrat, but it is to be expected that this secondment is only a short-term one.
