Subject: Turnverband "Orel" (Adler) with the seat in Brno; cessation of activity. - - Investigations have shown that the resistance group in the leadership of the gymnastics association "Orel" in Brno, as well as in the Gauorganisation Moravian, had a foothold and maintained a leadership staff, which was aimed at the construction of a separate resistance group within the "Orel". Vojtech Jilek has provided further evidence of extensive anti-rich activity within the "Orel" organizations in Moravia. I therefore request that with immediate effect the activities of the Turnverband "Orel" with the seats in Brno, the Gauverband Moravia, its subdivisions and branch associations in Moravia, as well as the independent associations affiliated to it in Moravia be stopped until further notice. The assets of these organizations must be guaranteed by the public authority and be recorded separately for each association. The secretariats and associations' homes must be closed. As regards the handling of commercial enterprises, the instructions given in connection with the cessation of the activities of the Sokolge- mein are valid. The association authorities must be held responsible for the fact that no profit-making or unrequited disposal of assets takes place.
