If the task force comprises more than 3o officials, it is to be divided into groups of ten (depending on the normality also in groups of five) with one responsible leader each. The leaders of the taskgroups are personally_responsible for a) the precise instruction of the forces assigned to them, b) the observance of all the envy according to the command, c) the timely operation, d) the inconsistency of the operation, e) the maintenance of the connection with the command unit f) the immediate notification of all special incidents to the control unit, g) the ongoing control of the mission, h) the terming submission of all mandatory messages to the task unit, in particularly urgent cases directly to the Command Unit. The communication of the command station must be made up immediately. These functions may only be transferred to the subgroup leaders (groups of tens and five) in special cases. - The composition and activity of the task groups shall in particular be as follows: a) The respective adjacent group leaders must know each other personally and their respective location. (b) The same must apply to the adjacent forces. (c) The identification of the forces (e.g. by Stec badges, etc.) is only acceptable in exceptional circumstances. 6
