The Secretary of State wishes such flags to be delivered, which are fixed at the top of the flagpole on a horizontally attached wooden pole of 2 m length, from there on to the ground in a length of about 8 m and are joined and held at the foot of the track mast by means of a loop. The driver of the Secretary of State, SS-Unterscharführer U h 1 , is informed of the matter so that any questions of doubt can be discussed with him.
