Instead, Mr. Hufnagel considered it right to have the draft already in question produced and presented to me in a form which is formally a pattern stick of indifference and which made me materially unclear whether the Herr Reichsprotektor had already completed the draft in writing or not. Mr Hufnagel continued to overlook your order of 23 December 1939 and to ask my personal adviser what had become of course. You are aware of the consequences of the inadequate handling of the matter. I informed you of the differences which arose between me and Mr Gauleiter Dr. Jury on the matter. I would ask you, Mr Beamten and Mr Reichsprotektor's office, to get used indiscriminately to following my instructions.
