(EV Prague, January 5, 194o. Mr. v.Burgsdorf f. I cannot agree with the proposal to set a part of the stamp stamps at the beginning of July 194o out of course. If there are strong reasons for the fact that part of the stamp marks still remain in course, this does not appear to be an overprint that clearly expresses the current state-law position of the Protectorate. I would ask for the corresponding further reason. 02
