As I have learned, a number of people's German lawyers recently completed a final exam which would entitle them to enter the preparatory service for the higher judicial profession in Altreich. The fact that the Ant of the Lord Reich Protector currently has a pronounced lack of higher Beam Len in charge of the country prompts me to ask you to consider the question of whether a similar institution, such as that in the Old Kingdom in the form of the Government Referendariat, can not be created in the Office of the Sir Reich Protector. The young people for this government clerkship would have to be taken primarily from such lawyers who have grown up in the Protectorate. In this regard, it would not matter whether the lawyers concerned have completed their university studies in the protectorate or in the Altreich.
