STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 244, sig. 109-3/23
English Translation
132 Prague, 18 December 1939. Attachments 19. XII. 1939 sent to the Under-State Secretary. Mr. Stastssretsrette has decreed that those Czech teachers who had to leave the Gau Sudetenland for political reasons should be dismissed from school by the protectorate government and no longer be employed in public service. The Secretary of State assumes that the teachers in question are pronounced chauvinists. These teachers had so clearly demonstrated their attitude against the German people's actions that a loyal attitude no longer means the efforts to educate the Czech population, and in particular the Czech youth, to a proper attitude towards the Great German Reich, its representatives and its people. Their rules were therefore necessary and justified.
