STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 244, sig. 109-3/23
English Translation
8vv Prague, 7 November 1939. 7. XI. 1939 Presented with 1 annexes to the Under-Secretary of State. The Secretary of State asks that, in the course of the individual cases, one look at the question of whether the middle and lower staff of the various departments of the Protectorate government could not be enforced in the near future by the repatriation of the people's German personnel who had been dismissed by the former Czechoslovak government for various reasons. The number of such staff is certainly very high. Although recourse to staff would have the disadvantage that it might have become obsolete, it would also have the advantage that it already has a specialist training which, in the setting up of untrained young people from ethnic Germany, is already available.
