Subject: Enforcement of debt securities in the various jurisdictions of the Great German Empire. 1 Annex With the reunification of the Ostmark and the South with the German Reich, the limits of the jurisdictions to which these different jurisdictions were subject have also fallen, which means that debt instruments established in one of these jurisdictions must be uniformly enforced in all jurisdictions. The same applies to the relationship between the German courts in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and the other jurisdictions of the Great German Empire. Furthermore, according to § 6 of the Law on the exercise of the civil right in the protectorate of Böhmen and Moravia of 14 April 1939 (Reichsgesetzbl. I, p.759) to enforce debt instruments issued by a German court or a German notary against a debtor who is not a German national. It follows from this that debt instruments of the courts of the Protectorate in the Old Kingdom must be recognized and enforced in any case within the framework of § 328 of the Reichs-ZPO.
