The division of the groups into units (areas of expertise) takes place, insofar as this has not been done in this decree, in the form of the business contract plan. VII. This implementing decree enters into force simultaneously with the regulation on the organization of the authority of the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia of l8.Sept.l940.
