English Translation
14a The request of the German postal sub-officer Peterzilka to take over the service of the Deutsche Reichspost was rejected for the following reasons: The staff of the postal administration of the Protector= Council comprises about 35,000 forces, which are only about 235 people= German forces. The proportion of the people's Germans within the postal administration of the Protectorate is thus very low, so that by all means it is necessary to try to increase the number of peoples' Germans in the interest of strengthening the German influence. In any case, however, it must be avoided that the postal administration of the Protectorate still gives part to the few people of Germany and these are taken over into the service of the German Reichspost. This principle was also repeatedly defined in the group head meetings as direction= and. Such a levy could be applied to all cases where, in individual cases, a certain beam=ter is absolutely necessary because of his special knowledge and skills within the German administration. The poor economic situation of the postal staff of the Protectorate can be either= - but in my opinion. This is not sufficient reason to submit a request for a transfer to the service of the German Reichspost; otherwise, in a short time, the case would arise that the Czech postal administration would have been dissociated from almost all the popular German forces. The requests presented here and the repeated oral ideas of popular German postal agents make this clear. On the basis of the above considerations, I have until now rejected a transfer of a national German official of the Protectorate's post to the service of the DRP completely and ethnic German employees 20982 .4
