Subject: Distribution of identification plates. After the introduction of the StvzO in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, it is necessary that all German service cars, which are located in Prague, be equipped with the new registration plate (PD). Only the vehicles of the German Reichsbahn and Reichspost, which continue to bear the previous mark DR or RP, form an exception. Service cars do not belong to the cars, which are driven in the interests of the service, but are privately owned. In order to be able to assign the preferred markings, the individual departments are asked to notify in writing, at the latest by 2 April 1940, the service vehicles in their possession, according to the type of vehicle and the latest registration number of the Transport Group, Road Transport Sector, P r a g II, Ministry of Transport, Švehla-Ufer 20. Following the distribution of the registration plates, the new registration plates and the date of stamping will be announced to the services at the Prague Police Department. The procurement of the new identification plates, for example, must be arranged by the services themselves. Because of the red angle required, the services then have to contact themselves with the Oberlandrat. I.A. nc2r1/ 1D3 Governing Council.
