Announcement on the basis of the Fifth Execution Decree of 2 March 1940 (vBlRProt., p. 8l) on the decree of the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia on Jewish property of 21 June 1939. (VBiRProt, p, 45.) Based on § 7 of the 5th Executive Decree of 2. March l940 (VBlFProt. p. 8l) on the decree of the Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia on Jewish property dated 2l June 1939 (VBlRProt., p. 45) shall be determined: the obligation to deposit laid down in § 2 shall be excluded: (a) one's own wedding ring and that of a deceased spouse; (b) silver wristwatches and pocket watches; (c) two four-piece cutlery, consisting of a knife, fork, spoon and a small spoon; (d) moreover, silver articles weighing up to 40 grams per piece and weighing as much as 200 grams per person; (e) dentures of precious metals, in so far as they are in personal Gebrauah.
