60 No. II 1 Jd- 7755/4o. Fifth implementing decree for the decree of the Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia on Jewish property dated 21 June 1939 (VBlRProt., p.45.) dated 2 March 194o. On the basis of § 11, paragraph 1 of the decree of the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia on Jewish property of 21 June 1939 (cf. VBlRProt, p.45), it is determined that: §1 (1) Jews, Jewish businessmen, have to invest in a foreign exchange bank which is loud in their name within two weeks of the date of their entry into force. (2) The same obligation shall be fulfilled by the owners of such vehicles (3) The rights shall remain in force through the delivery of the goods, including items made of gold, platinum or ine and pearls. Insofar as such depots already exist with a foreign exchange bank, the authorized party shall notify the bank in writing within two weeks of the entry into force of this decree that the objects are Jewish property or property. § 4 Jewish depots within the meaning of §§ 1 and 2 shall be identified as such.
