to No. II 1 Jd- 7755/4o. Fifth implementing decree for the decree of the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia on Jewish property dated 21 June 1939 (VBlRProt., p.45.) dated 2 March 1940. According to § 11, paragraph 1 of the decree of the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia on Jewish property of 21 June 1939 (P.45), § 1 (1) Jews, Jewish enterprises and Jewish associations of persons have, within two weeks of the entry into force of this decree, to invest the shares, co-ownership or possession of their own, custodians, fixed-income securities and securities of a similar nature in a securities deposit denominated in their name with a foreign exchange bank. (2) The same obligation applies to the non-Jewish owner of such values. (3) Rights existing on the securities remain unaffected by the delivery. § 2 The provision of § 1 also applies to items made of gold, platinum or silver, as well as precious stones and pearls. § 3 Insofar as such depots already exist with a foreign exchange bank, the authorized party of the bank has to notify the bank in writing within two weeks of the entry into force of this decree that the objects are Jewish property or property. § 4 Jewish depots within the meaning of §§ 1 and 2 must be identified as such.
