As far as I have not received my wishes and suggestions, these guides are sent directly to the head of the departmental liaison office at the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia for treatment, all of which correspond to the wishes and ideas of the departments of the party, their divisions and affiliated associations, to the director of the Party liaison office for discussion with the Reich's protector and his employees. 7.) I will hear the head of the party association before giving my opinion on the laws, regulations and decrees proposed to me by the Reich Minister of the Interior.
