30 -2- In general, it must be made clear to all members of the entourage and strongly suggested that they do not spread any rumors, but keep silent, as far as they can be at all distant, measures which are somehow related to the national defence or the economic war. The strict penalties for the disclosure of state secrets, even in the case of negligent disclosure, are pointed out.In the annex, individual examples of interesting discussions are given. (r)
