In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Guidelines for the Granting of Advances in Special Cases (cf. also ADO No.7 to § 20 TO.A and ADO Nr.l4 to § 14 TO.B), in exceptional cases this year, unless I have already agreed to a special arrangement, an uninterested advance on their remuneration up to the amount of a total of 1 000 RM will be granted to the officials, soldiers of the Wehrmacht and the non-official members of the Reich to cover their fuel needs. In the case of partial deliveries of the fuel, the advance shall also be granted in the corresponding instalments. The advance shall be granted only on condition that the applicant submits to the supervising department, within the time limit set by the supplier, the documents relating to the fuel purchased with the confirmation of receipt of the amount paid by the delivery company. Advances shall be covered in monthly instalments of at least RM 1 0 up to the end of the accounting year l940. A collection of the fuel advance with an advance granted for another reason shall not take place; the repayment of any advance shall not be affected.
