The application forms must be completed in German_ in order to facilitate the business process. Insofar as this is impossible for members of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia as a result of the lack of knowledge of the German language, they can contact the competent political authority I. Institu- tion for cost-free assistance in the completion. They shall, without exception, be informed of the assistance of the political authorities I. The Political Authorities I. Authority have been instructed accordingly. The assistance shall be recorded under the signature of the person responsible for the notification by the protectorate concerned. 4.) The names and addresses of the persons who have received the application form must be recorded in a simple list so that it can be verified whether the person responsible for the application makes the application within the time limit. If the application is not received by the end of the period of filing (§ 3 of the Reichsprotektor's VO), the person responsible for filing the application shall be required, under the threat of an enforcement penalty and under Hinveis, to obtain the application within a short period of time (§ 2o of the V0 on the treatment of hostile assets of 15.1.194o, RGBl. I, p. 191). If this time limit is not met, the enforcement penalty must be imposed and reported to me at the same time. I reserve the right to file criminal applications. 5.) The Oberlandrat itself may grant the grace period in accordance with § ll para. 3 of the notification regulation. It should not exceed 1 month. 6.)
