Copy! The Commander of the Security Police and SD Dr.W./Bau. Prague, 6.3.43. 65 I. Note. Betr.: Becker, Richard, SA-Obersturmbannführer Director of Ringhoffer Tatra-Werke in Böh.-Leipa, born 18.10.1904 in Essen, Reichsdeutscher, married with Becker, Marianne, born Rühlfürst born on 12.4.19 10 in Mühlheim/Ruhr, Reichsdeutsche, lives both in Prague XVII, Schanzenweg 3. The wife of SA-Obersturmbannführer Becker, Marianne Becker, née Rühlfürst, born 12.4.1910 in Mühlheim/Ruhr, spoke unannounced to me on 5.3.43. She wanted to know from me first of all what reasons caused her husband to be expelled from the Protectorate. I have briefly explained to her that her husband's behaviour in various cases did not meet the requirements of a German in this room. I referred to the contract that B. concluded with Č u b a n with the knowledge that such behaviour was intolerable. Furthermore, I informed her that her husband was willing to cut up car tires in a drunken state, and that there were also various interventions by her husband in all kinds of services for very dubious and partly politically burdened Czechs. From her husband's behaviour one had to get the impression that he did not have the necessary understanding for the political demands of this area and therefore opposed the German interests. Mrs B. tried to emphasize her husband's merits, especially during the wartime, in a lengthy manner, and she then expressed the suspicion that any circles that wanted to harm her husband and her (e.g. SA-Standartenführer Dietrich) would have given false information.
