English Translation
Reasons: You are charged, partly out of profit, partly because of lack of honor and attitude, your duties as a party comrade are violated and the reputation of the NSDAP as well as the German reputation in the Protectorate has been damaged by (a) in the uniform as SA-Sturmbannführer with the honor mark of the NSDAP in the German business Pavliceck in Jungbunzlau in 1941 demanded the brand-free delivery of butter and when you were not granted, repeatedly make sensational mass purchases of lost goods in the Czech business of the same name (Pavliceck); b) in the days of Stalingrad gave in your apartment noisy festivals with hit music; c) through unfair methods a participation in Czech business enterprises (Fa. Čuban & Co., Holzhandlung in Prag-Straschnitz, Brom-Film Prague, etc.) achieved; (d) out of seeking profit for private interests of the companies referred to under (c) and other Czech companies, some of which are politically indisputable (Hans Beyer, Semil), seeking to obtain unlawful and unlawful advantages by prescribing them to German authorities, relying on their status as honorary sign bearers and as alleged member of the Supreme SA leadership, although you had to know that these companies had used Jews in part for such interventions earlier, up to their removal; (e) Exercising a disproportionate, irritating, personal effort which, in accordance with the circumstances of several infringements of the Consumer Regulation and orders concerning the use of labour in war, makes you urgently suspect; (f) exert or seek to exert undue pressure on members of the protectorate (Arch. Capek, caretaker Vikus) on your position in the party and structure in order to achieve personal advantages. In particular, in the cases of accusations, you caused concern in the protectorate economy and reduced the reputation of the German authorities and services in the Czechs. Therefore, the Higher SS and police leader at the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia was forced to order your expulsion from the Protectorate area. (b), (e) and (f) show a moderate inadequacy from which the NSDAP's reputation is seriously damaged and threatens to continue to develop, it makes it necessary to arrange for your removal from the N SDAP without delay by means of a "temporary order". 78036
