-3-16 It is expedient for the High Commissioner in the Ministry of Education, Mr Franz Stuchlik, to bring the closing ceremony personally to Rome. Stuchlik would have to be authorised to take all necessary measures to secure the property of the institute in Rome and to look at it before taking any measures to get in touch with the German Embassy in Rome. The library and any archive material of the Institute shall be returned to Prague, except for Slovak works delivered to the Slovak State, unless, after verification by the Chief Commissioner Stuchlik, a transfer of certain holdings to the German Historical Institute in Rome proves to be beneficial. At the same time, I ask the staff member of the institute, Bohumil Chytíl, to give the order to return immediately to Prague. 2.)
