Special occurrences in the Protectorate make it necessary that there is immediately a severe greatest possible restriction on traffic with passenger cars and motorcycles. I therefore request that the above-mentioned vehicles exclude those which are not necessarily necessary after the most stringent standard has been laid down for the maintenance of all the necessary traffic. Politically non-impeccable persons must in any case be prohibited from continuing the operation of the vehicle. At the same time, the yellow angle must be removed. If Czech political associations, for example, have been granted vehicles for further use, the consent must be withdrawn immediately. With the exception of German wagons, the vehicles of the Wehrmacht, the formations, of the Reich Protector and service cars of German authorities, even if they bear Czech registration marks, the purpose of the journey is to be proven. Vehicles, which can become tdr dr, must be prevented from continuing. These checks have to cover above all those vehicles which have or want to travel larger distances.
