As early as October 28, 1941, after approval by the Führer, an approximation of the fat ratios to the old empires could be prescribed for two million manual workers. By resorting to confiscated funds from chain and slippers, it became possible to provide up to 200000 pairs of work shoes free of charge to the Czech workers. In April 1942, as well as the recovery campaign for armament workers in Bad Luhatschowitz, which he created, the best expression of his socialist thinking for the interests of the Czech workers. His interventions also produce fruitful results in the agricultural field. He suggested to the Czech farmer that bad production primarily harms him. Recognizing that the juxtaposition of the multitude of agricultural organizations, associations and cooperatives stood in the way of rational agricultural production, because these organizations were not tools of national nutrition, but "factors of political influence", he created the conditions for the emergence of today's unitary association in the field of food policy. It is also significant that Reinhard Heydrich was the one who made the Czech workers and peasants "capable of socializing" at the Prague Castle. Amongst him were the first receptions of Czech workers' and peasants' delegations in the rooms of the Prague castle. In addition to this special care for the working class, he sought to give the economy of the Protectorate within that of the Empire the rank corresponding to its importance and performance.
