Let us only remember the speech of the emperor in 1917 before the military workers in the West, when the first crises were revealed there, the emperor wanted to overcome the situation by his personal word, but in ignorance of the real situation so out of the way in his choice of words, that his speech only aggravated the situation. Therefore, when it was decided for the National Socialist leadership to create such a political intelligence service, the question arose to what extent the nature and methods of the already existing foreign intelligence services could be taken over for the new apparatus to be developed in Germany. Here, however, remains an absolutely decisive fact that these intelligence services were not only copied in any way, but that the Reichsführer-SS and Reinhard Heydrich developed their security service and the political police in a completely different form exclusively from the core ideas of the National Socialist world view and the essential requirements of the German human being. The idea of race is the central idea of National Socialism and from it he developed his popular concept. We are of the unshakeable faith that in Germanic German human beings there are biologically highest fundamental values of human being, but that in the course of its history the German people have failed to achieve total self-realization and self-representation of their nature, because ideological over alienations and power-sized restrictions repeatedly intervened as an obstacle.
