- 4 - 90 Social politics is therefore the most prominent task of the state leadership and serves to awaken and promote the economic, ethical and cultural forces of the entire people. It is no longer an emergency measure against social system damage or censorship in the conflict of interests of classes, professions and states, nor merely a purpose measure for the beneficial preservation of the "working livestock". The performance for the community is the basis for the social rank and position The social ranking in the plutocracy is based on the material success with which the individual asserts his interests against all others. In addition, the snobism of the upbringers allowed social values of the feudal period to continue. The Bolshevik ideology knows only mass equality, but the Bolshevik practice invented the Soviet bureaucracy and the Stakhanov worker as a substitute for a social hierarchy. The recognition of achievement for the community as the basis of social rank eliminates – with fundamental recognition of private property – the prerogatives of possession and birth, overcomes the contrast between city and country, and gives work central importance for social status. While in liberalism labour is regarded as a commodity and negotiated according to the principles of supply and demand, Marxism sees in it a curse, stamps the worker and the peasant into a proletarian and gives him a paradise without work. However, the civilized life of a European nation is not conceivable without labor. All economic and cultural values are based on it, on it life security and joy of life of each individual as well as of the whole people. Work has the highest ethical value in a just social order. The contempt for work and the privileges and the gloom of possession and birth divide the peoples into social classes, whose mutual struggle became the leitmotif of the democratic and Marxist social system. By giving social recognition to the creators of a new social order, every honest work unites all the forces of the peoples who want to build, banishs envy and resentment, and paves the way for true social justice.
