Bolshevism, however, uses matter to latch the machine, takes the land from the farmer, imputes it to the force of the machine-tractors stations, or drives it to mammoth factories, where it is a mere accessory to the machine for the armor of the world revolution. On the other hand, in a Europe of solidarity and solidarity, the old idea of European civilization, whereby man is the measure of all things, emerges from the traditional European attitude. In it, European civilization will complete in the field of social, economic, cultural and political life. The people's community overcomes individual and group egoism.
