(l) In the occupation of civil servants, employees and wage-earners in the public service in the Reichsgau Sidetenland, as well as in the other formerly sudeten- German territories, unless such posts are to be filled with military candidates in accordance with a legal order, in the event of suitability, priority shall be given to: a) Party comrades who have been demonstrably members of the DNsAP and have the confidence of the Gauleiter, b) Party co-workers who have demonstrablely belonged to the SdP before 19.5.1935, c) Party members who have demonstrated that they have carried out an exceptionally meritorious activity in order to integrate the sudeteten-German territories into the German Reich before 1lo.i938.
