Mr De eichsprotector Prague, 5 December 1939. in Bohemia and Moravia 18 XVI E 3671/39 To the Ministry of Justice in Prague. Subject: Filing of criminal acts. The district head of Zwittau, Hö n i g, was arrested at the end of October and at the beginning of November for being charged with acts of a political nature. He was then sent to Boskowitz prison and later moved to Brno. I ask that the relevant criminal acts, which are at the district court in Brno, be presented to me immediately for inspection.
