17a shows if there is at least one Czech among the hounded prisoners of war. I could imagine that the propagandistic evaluation of the matter will be started in the following way: The Czech press will be informed at a later reception about the exaggerated announcement of the enemy radio broadcast of April of this year about the "victory battle at Kharkov". Then the press representatives will be given the opportunity to ask the prisoners of war presented to them questions about the battle and their general treatment in Russia. I do not believe that question and answer play between Czech journalists and prisoners of wars could possibly lead to embarrassing situations for German propaganda. Certain errors from the Czech side can be prevented at any time by censorship of the General Department Press. In this way, a lively, credible evaluation of the matter appears to me. Pers.
