People's Enlightenment Service and the Board of Trustees for Youth Education did not speak. Only the invited representatives of the administrations, enterprises, associations and associations took part, and even these did not consider it necessary to appear in Königgrätz, for example, in spite of the invitations sent to them. In Neu-Bijahov there was still an incident that the district head of the VAD, Professor Chlup, told the Czech district head on 14.III.44 in the evening that he had been commissioned by the Ministry of People's Enlightenment to persuade the organizers of the celebration to send special tribute telegrams.
